Food sources of DHA Follow
DHA is mainly found in fish and other seafood, although our bodies can create a small amount from plant sources. In addition to supplementation, some food options that are rich in Omega-3s are:

- Nuts and Seeds (such as flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and walnuts)
