How do I update my payment information or shipping/billing address? Follow
Step 1: Sign in to your account
Go to:
https://www.personanutrition.com/ul/
Log in using your email and password.
Step 2: Go to Manage Account
From the left-hand menu, click Manage Account.
This will open your account settings page.
Step 3: Open Billing Info
At the top of the page, click the Billing Info tab.
You will now see your billing and payment sections.

Step 4: Update Billing Address (if needed)
In the Billing Information section:
- Click the Edit button in the top right corner
- Enter or update:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Street Address
- Apt/Unit (if applicable)
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
- Country
- Click Save (same location as edit)

Step 5: Edit Payment Method
Scroll down to the Payment Information section.
Click Edit, then choose your preferred payment type:
- Card
- PayPal
Then enter your updated details.

Step 6: Save Changes
Once all information is updated, click Save in the Payment Information section.
Your changes will be applied to future orders.
IMPORTANT: If your address has changed, please update the address before you update the payment information. Once updated, your order will process within the next 4 business days.
