A full dose of our Omega-3 with TurmeriCurc™ (2 capsules) contains about 500 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids, the adequate intake for Omega 3 fatty acids is about 1100-1400 mg. We do encourage you to consume dietary sources of Omega 3 fatty acids like salmon in addition to supplementing with the Omega-3 with TurmeriCurc™.
