Note: You cannot cancel the same day as your order process date. You will receive an email 5-7 days before the process date and must make changes to order, ship date, or cancel before then.
To place your account on hold or cancel future shipments, sign in to your customer account page and select "Pause Subscription" from left side of the account page.
From here you can select to either "Pause Subscription" by moving out the ship date and push out your next order date, or "Cancel Subscription" which will stop all auto-ship functions.
Your recommendations will be saved and you can turn your shipments back on at any time.
