To place your account on hold or cancel future shipments, sign in to your customer account page.
To Delay/Pause - Once signed in, click on “MY ACCOUNT” and select a new date for shipment (at least one day in the future), then click “UPDATE SHIPMENT."
To Cancel future shipments - Once signed in click on “MY ACCOUNT” and click the “Turn Off Autoship" link under the update button.
Note: You cannot cancel the same day as ship date. You will receive an email 5-7 days before processing date and must make changes to order, ship date, or cancel before then.
