If you got an e-mail or phone call requesting to update your shipping address you will need to log into your account to do so. Using the e-mail address you used to place your original order sign in here.
Once signed in go to the "Billing & Shipping" tab and updated your shipping details there. Remember to hit update at bottom to submit changes.
Once updated please respond to the notification e-mail you received letting us know that your information is updated and we will process/ship your order.
While you are logged in you can check out features like:
- Program Dashboard (where you can read about supplements in your pack)
- Retake Your Questionnaire (if you have changed health status or medications)
- My Orders (view ship date, amount and contents of past orders)
