Note: You cannot cancel the same day as your order process date. You will receive an email 5-7 days before the process date and must make changes to order, ship date, or cancel before then.
To place your account on hold from your account page or cancel future shipments by calling customer support. Sign in to your customer account page and select "Pause Subscription" from left side of the account page to select future ship date.
From here you can select to either "Pause Subscription" by moving out the ship date and push out your next order date. To cancel or put on hold until you are ready call us at 888-966-4090 or click to call from your dashboard.
Your recommendations will be saved and you can turn your shipments back on at any time.
