You can pause your account at any time; however, if you pause your account the day an order has been processed this pause will not stop the order currently being prepared or shipped.
To pause your account you can chat, email, or call us at 1800-983-3887 between 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. You can also delay your next order to have a pause in the shipments by signing in to your customer account page and selecting "Change Order Date" or "Cancel Subscription" for an indefinite pause.
