You can pause your account at any time; however, if you pause your account the day an order has been processed this pause will not stop the order currently being prepared or shipped.
To pause your account you can chat, email, or call us at 1800-983-3887 between 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. You can also pause your account by signing in to your customer account page and selecting "Pause/Cancel Subscription" from the left side of the account page.
From here you can select "Pause Subscription" by one or two weeks or if you would like to pause your subscription longer you can call us at 1800-983-3887 or click to call from your dashboard. If you are unable to reach a loyalty agent at that time of the call please leave a voicemail with the account details and length of the pause and we can confirm the account pause with the voicemail.
