Before starting any new health or diet program we suggest connecting with your healthcare provider first. With that being said, we always recommend taking the supplements with food and water to maximize the absorption and limit any potential adverse effects. If you are participating in intermittent fasting we recommend taking the supplements when you break your fast.
If you have an AM pack we suggest taking the supplements with the first meal of the day. However, if you have an energy-supporting supplement in the AM pack we suggest taking this before 2:00 P.M. to prevent it from possibly keeping you up at night.
If you have a PM or Bedtime pack we suggest taking it with the last meal of the day as some PM packs may have supplements that aid in relaxation or sleep.
