Absorption doesn’t optimize at any specific time of the day, so depending on how many pills are in your packs you may see a multivitamin in your AM, PM packs or Night packs.
We do recommend taking your multivitamin with food and drink to ease upset and help absorption. Even though we source food-based supplements, a side effect of vitamins can be upset stomach. In addition to potentially increased absorption rates, taking supplements with food can decrease potential side effects.
