When are the best times to take my packs? Follow
It is ideal to take your morning pack within 30 minutes of your first meal of the day and the evening pack within 30 minutes of your last meal (i.e., breakfast and dinner) unless directed otherwise. The night pack can be taken 45 minutes before bedtime. Also, drink plenty of fluids, preferably water.
We suggest taking supplements with food and drink because it can help to reduce potential side effects such as upset stomach.
