If you got an e-mail telling you that your order is on hold until payment information is updated you will need to log into your account to do so. Using the e-mail address you used to place your original order sign in here.
Once signed in go to the "BILLING" tab and updated your credit card details there. If address has changes please update those before you update card information.
Make sure when updating to confirm billing information matches the card, confirm if your billing and shipping addresses are the same, and THEN select the card update confirmation button.
IMPORTANT: Once updated choose new ship date (at least 24 hours in future) or respond to the notification e-mail you received letting us know that your information is updated and we can process an order immediately.
